Cant download Forza Horizon , or anything else

Last year I bought forza horizon 4 on microsoft store and I was super happy with it. I could play it no probmel for a couple of months and it was very fun. However after a couple of months my computer got a "black screen of death", and i couldnt use it for a week. I finally fixed it and made a complete factory reset of the computer. After that i started downloading all of my games again, but I couldnt download Forza. I thought it was weird because i have already played it, but it wouldnt download. I tried downloading other games from microsoft store without any succes. Nothing wanted to download and it just said "error". I googled it and found many ways and tried them all, nothing works. Ive tried everything from the wsreset command and entering commands into powershell to doing a full reset of the computer. Nothing seems to help. Now that ive realized that im never going to be able to download things from the store, or for that matter play forza (which was all I wanted in the first place), how could you get a refund for Forza? I want my money back and im downloading it from steam, since there i know stuff works. Also if anyone knows any other sollution I would be happy to try it, anything but a full reset since that would not be worth it, (and i already did that).

The only other solution would be to install the OS from scratch using the Windows Media Creation Tool. The tool can create a bootable Flash drive - or even a bootable DVD if you're one of the few people to still own an optical drive for your PC.

In my experience, installing completely from a fresh Windows 10 is the only sure fire way to get the Windows Store to download your content again. I had a similar issue on my self built PC last year when I replaced one the drives. Windows 10 reset didn't work.

You won't get a refund because it's been too long and a fresh Windows install will fix this issue.

Until Microsoft changes policy and allows its games to be installed the same way as Steam, Origin, GoG, Epic etc, you're best bet is to buy your games from these providers instead.

It's still messed up when you can't play at all period. I have forza-horizon 2 on Xboxone was going to play. but now i cant. when on my ps4 I can at least play offline driveclub or anything else

I played Forza 4 for 12 months non stop. Horizon for 6 months. Forza 5 FTW I say. Anything else is a bonus.

1) get it through Xbox 360 console and then download to Xbox One will work?

2) buy another one gold membership and assign to parent account?

3) anything else?
