    Hello!

    I reinstalled Windows 10 yesterday. I downloaded all updates and updated all drivers.

    I wanted to download my Forza Horizon 3 from Microsoft Store but after 15-25 seconds after starting download I got "Couldn't Install. We'll retry shortly." I have this problem only with Forza Horizon 3. I can download any other app from Microsoft
    Store.

    Last night I downloaded the Sleeping Dogs and it worked. But Forza Horizon keeps giving error always stops downloading at 34%.

    A dirty disc error on a downloaded title is almost always--excluding Forza Horizon--a bad download. It's possible your HDD is damaged and it's putting the data in corrupt sectors.



    Clear your system cache, reboot the console, and then try to download the game onto a properly formatted USB drive and see if that resolves your issue.
