Can't download Force Unleashed onto Xbox One

I just bought Star Wars The Force Unleashed from the Xbox site, which took me to the Australian page, but I can't download the game onto my Xbox One. It won't show up in my 'Ready to install' section either. I know there's been some kind of availability
issues with Australia, but why make it available to us on the site if we can't download it.

Haven't checked if I can download it on my 360 yet, but I may be getting a refund if it doesn't work out. Disappointed. Anyone got a fix apart from buying a disc copy?

The Force Unleashed II does not download to xbox one in Israel

Hey, I'm from Israel

I have bought digital "the force unleashed 2" recently. It doesn't seem to download to my xbox one.

I've read that it's supposed to be backwards compatible.

p.s. - I bought "the force unleashed 1" and it was downloaded successfuly

Can't download The Force Unleashed

Whenever I try to download The Force Unleashed, it tells me that I need a "valid payment option" which I already have. Then when I go to add a payment option, it locks me to USA when I'm from Canada. Then THIS shows up! How unprofessional!

I went ahead and moved your post to the forum with the best support for your issue. Unfortunately at this time Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is not available for Back Compat in Australia. The game should download on your Xbox 360 with no issue, however
the right teams are looking into why it is not available on the Xbox One. I will update you with any new information once I receive it.

Thanks, Misses Quinzel. I checked yesterday and, like you said, I downloaded it to my 360 with no problems so at least I get to play it still . I will keep an eye on this thread though in case there are any updates on progress. Thanks again.

Are you still not seeing The Force Unleashed as available? It should be cleared up for you now

 

Just noticed that the game became available to download in my Ready to Install list. If anyone else was having this problem then it seems like it's been fixed. Very happy, please pass on my thanks to those who fixed it.

cant download game from games with gold. I live in the states and this is the only game I can't download. Help please

 

I'm having the same problem here. Also in the states and similarly with a game I rented. It would download and show up in my queue so I would re-download then it would show up in the game store and ask to re-download, but never actually open. Rinse, repeat,
rinse, repeat. Please help

 

game is not available in Israel too.

Not just me in Israel that do not have the game in ready to install...

 

I bought, downloaded and played the game yesterday, but now when I try to play, it crashes before it has fully loaded. Any idea what this might be?
