Can't download Far Cry 2

Request a Callback from one of our Xbox Support Specialists since this could be a licensing issue and they are the only ones with the correct tools to do a deep dive into the account. Hope this helps!

No you don't need a credit card if i use an xbox 360, try to a update or get better information or at least ask to co-workers in microsoft if you are working in the costumer service department.

Oh my.. please check my post and verify on which console i'm trying to get the game before you post a response, and it show how little you know about the way a game can be added or dowloaded, weird for a person working on microsoft.

I just wanted to clarify that you will need a payment option on file, even if he is downloading it to the 360. For reference :
"You must have a payment instrument on your Microsoft account to download free content from the Xbox 360 Marketplace. "

But since the 360 store recognizes a Microsoft account balance as a payment option for 360 content, a credit card/Paypal are not required to be on file.
