    Can't download ea play on windows 11.


    Why isn't ea play in the windows 11 Microsoft store and/or a verified app? I had to switch over from s mode to download the Xbox app, then I tried to find ea play and download it. Tried to download ea play via the Xbox app and got an error message that something is wrong. Smh.

    It didn't work. I'm angry that I'm paying $10 for a service that doesn't work. The fact that I have 2 other computers (one desk top and another laptop) that run windows 10 and it won't work on them either is a failure on Microsoft's and ea's part. Back to Playstation I go!

    Hi there Sam welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. This might be an issue with the app itself! I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! After uninstalling it try downloading it again and then try with the EA app. Here are the steps!

    Hi,

    Note that Origin and EA app are the same thing. Origin wasn't bought by EA it's just what EA called their download software. Origin has always been EA.

    All you should need to do is download the EA and log in with the same details you used on your previous device.
