Can't download Doctor Who Level Pack

So far I've searched everywhere, and didn't meet anyone with the same problem I have. I bought the Doctor Who Level Pack for Lego Dimensions, however I can't play the level or adventure wolrd. I updated everything, yet, when I try to play the level, it just
says additional content required. When I go to the Downloadable Content tab, it says "Coming Soon".

What should I do?

Avatar Theme Packs?

Hi, I'm a big fan of Dr. Who and I see that there is a page for a Dr. Who theme pack but there is no way to download it... Could anybody have a solution?

I know its petty but any help would be appreciated.

Doctor Who Skin Pack! Please Help!

I bought the Doctor Who skin pack the day it came out on my Xbox 360 because I thought I would then get it for free on my Xbox One like the other skin packs. Anytime I try to download it, it tries and makes me pay. Anyone have this problem and can
they help?

well what i love to see is a doctor who mash up pack with the tardis all the companions and all the doctors skins and all the tardises and all the mobs there planets and all the sonic screwdrivers

I've looked in my List of packs that are owned. We have 10 packs showing as owned but the Doctor Who skins bundles are not shown here.

It's understood that you're mentioning having purchased these items through your account on the Xbox One console.

Our recommendation here is to check the Microsoft order history for these purchases to ensure that this
is not only the correct account, but as well that the purchases appear as they should.

If the items appear within the order history, we would then recommend that our customer support team is reached out to for further account review/investigation:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
