    Can't download DLC


    I tried to download GRA (Gun Runner's Arsenal) through the Microsoft sotre but it said "Your account cannot make this type of purchase please try again on your xbox. So I went to the game and clicked on Downloadable Content and navigated to GRA but it then
    says "Premium content is blocked for this account." Can anybody help me with this issue. I am using backwards compatibility with this.

    Can't upload content on alt. accnt?

    I can't access the DLC with an alternate tag, but yes, all the DLC was originally downloaded to this console. The tag that i downloaded it with is still on this console. Again, the DLC appears on my alternate accnt, but i can't upload it. It's downloaded,
    but not accessible. The DLC is also not redownloadable on marketplace with an alternate accnt, even though it is already downloaded on the console. Help?

    Hi I'm having the same problem here and I tried downloading The crackdown characters dlc and and it's downloading right now, but I still can't download the game just the dlc's, so what the dlc is no region locked?

    Can't download DLC

    Hello, have you tried doing a hard reset of the console, which is done by pressing and holding down the power button for ten seconds, before releasing. Then you need to press the power button again and your console should then reboot and hopefully clear
    any of the problems that was occurring on it.
