Can't download DLC

I purchased the Best of British Car Pack for Grid Autosport. It downloads to 1%, then goes back to 0%, and then says it cannot download. What is going on?

Can't download DLC

I tried to download GRA (Gun Runner's Arsenal) through the Microsoft sotre but it said "Your account cannot make this type of purchase please try again on your xbox. So I went to the game and clicked on Downloadable Content and navigated to GRA but it then
says "Premium content is blocked for this account." Can anybody help me with this issue. I am using backwards compatibility with this.

 

Borderlands 2 "Psycho Pack"

Still can't download the psycho dlc, error 80153016

 

Delete the game then try clearing your console's cache by going to settings, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache then restart and try downloading again.

 

Did everything, still won't download. The other two packs did download after doing everything but best of british will not

 

MaximumExtreme can you be a little more specific when you say delete the game. Do you mean everything and anything to do with Grid Autosport, or just my game progress?

 

I am having the same issues with BoB Pack. Not on when you've been charged for it.

 

Been through the live XBOX Support communication and they are puzzled - told me to contact Codemasters Customer Service 01926 814132 or *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

I just emailed codemasters and asked if they are going to fix it or refund all our money. Lets see what they say.

 

Yea for the most part it could be a bug on the developers side, that's why you were told to contact them, when it comes down to it and all basic troubleshooting fails it's best to see if there are any ongoing issues on the game developers side

 

Codemasters suggested all the things Xbox support tried while online, even though I clearly stated that I had already done all that in my email!! Since then not heard anything. Just had 'read' confirmations to my further emails that I sent to get more helpful
response!

 

Code masters said to contact xbox support. They are doing the ho talk to the other guy routine.

 

8/6 and still can't download. Beginning to get a bit peeved!
