Can't download DLC, very odd behaviour

When trying to download DLC (Kasumi, Shadow Broker) for Mass Effect 2, I'm getting the error code 80153003, both via the marketplace and cerberus network, and I already tried all the usual troubleshooting solutions (delete cache. marketplace system data).
The funny thing is that I could download ME1 DLC without any problems, so it can't be my connection or payment options either.

When I loaded ME2 up again later today, things got really weird though... First I was getting an odd 4MB update from out of nowhere. After that was installed, the game told me something about changing my gamer profile(?), can't remember exactly. Then I get
the message that the download for Kasumi, which I could never initiate in the first place, was stopped. So I go into active downloads and it sits there at pending. Then it actually starts up, goes from 1-97% in a few seconds, then from 97-99% in another few
seconds, then back to 1% and this process repeats about 4 or five times. Then I get the message that Kasumi can't be downloaded, which pop up again a few minutes later.

Odd behaviour

Was playing Blade Kitten this afternoon and suddenly there was this loud screeching noise and not long after the graphics to the game got all messed up and the game crashed. It happens (minus the graphics part) so I restarted and the game my save didn't
even load before crashing again. Tried a third time and was told my save was corrupted. Decided to try another game and have been playing SWOS without problems ever since. Should I be concerned about this or is it just one fo those things?

if your not having problems with other games then i would say you've been unlucky on that one game , you'll need to delete the save for that game though before you'll be able to play it again and unfortunately that means you'll lose what you've done so far
