    I have my account downloaded and it functions fine but when I try to download a dlc on advanced warfare, it says "There's a problem downloading your profile." Error code: 8007045D. Please help me!

    Can't download DLC

    I tried to download GRA (Gun Runner's Arsenal) through the Microsoft sotre but it said "Your account cannot make this type of purchase please try again on your xbox. So I went to the game and clicked on Downloadable Content and navigated to GRA but it then
    says "Premium content is blocked for this account." Can anybody help me with this issue. I am using backwards compatibility with this.

    Hi there, this does sound strange, have you tried following the steps at the link:

    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-8007045d

    I'm not sure why it would give you that error when you're trying to download DLC, but maybe if you delete and re-download your profile as well as clearing the cache it would work.

    Can't upload content on alt. accnt?

    I can't access the DLC with an alternate tag, but yes, all the DLC was originally downloaded to this console. The tag that i downloaded it with is still on this console. Again, the DLC appears on my alternate accnt, but i can't upload it. It's downloaded,
    but not accessible. The DLC is also not redownloadable on marketplace with an alternate accnt, even though it is already downloaded on the console. Help?

    I redeemed my FIFA 15 game by using a QR card from Xbox one.

    Certain DLC can't be shared using the home Xbox system & some games in general link DLC or things such as in game items as "account linked purchases" instead of downloaded content.

    I hope this information is helpful.
