cant download dlc dark souls 3 pack, because of xbox live ban

Im posting this on behalf of a client im coaching as an social worker. The client owns the account of TheNotoriouSsS

Siem has had difficulty regulating his emotions in the past, which led to his account being banned. He has much improved since then and is much better at dealing with his emotions.

Im typing this message because i think its important for him to have some form of stress relief. Siem is diagnosed with autism and is still trying to find a way of dealing with that in his life. One of the only forms of relaxations he has is playing a game
on his xbox. He does not have the financial means to re-buy the games and online purchases he has made.

Siem tried to download the dlc pack for Dark Souls 3 which he already purchased before he got banned. He cant download it now, since it is required to log in before the download starts. Could you please help him get atleast this part of the xbox live content.
If you are willing to do more, its of course also appreciated.

Retail game (english pal) and dlc (german pal)

Hello folks,

i have a question about the dlc of dark souls. I have dark souls but it is the english pal version (english language and text) and now I want to download the dlc of dark souls on the german xbox marketlpace. Is that possible because the german pal version
of the game has german text? It will be my first download of a game on the marketplace that's why I'm asking

Im adding content to this. i cant seem to find anytihng when i search up dark souls 2 except for dark souls 2. i want to find the dlcs but i cant. when i first tried to download crown of the old iron king, i got the error.
