Can't download dlc - ban symbol

hi, i have a problem with lego star wars the force awakens for the xbox36. i bought the season pass. there's a ban symbol on the dlc content and i can't download them. i don't know what to do.

Invasion DLC 3 not downloading

HI IKUxLiveWire here.. I just recently (June 3rd) tried to download the DLC 3 map pack for CoD Ghosts but it keeps using a No Symbol on it when I try to download it what do I do?

Gamertag system is a failure.

Ok I can understand that gamertags can be sold and this is against rules you are right.

Anyways I still don't understand why we can't use symbols.

Symbols could be abused for inappropriate use just like letters and numbers.

A stupid example could be the use of the number 8 followed by some Is and a D.

Then we should ban the number 8 and the letters i and d from gamertags.

Isn't more clever to ban the offensive combinations of numbers and letters? Yes, and this is how the gamertag system actually works.

Why can't we just do that for symbols too?

I don't want to argue with you, I'm just proposing and trying to discuss.

It's possible that the content hasn't been released yet and this is why you're not able to download it currently. Which DLC specifically are you seeing this with? Can you provide a link to a screenshot of what you see on the console so that we can get a
better idea?

Unfortunately we don't have any information on when they will be released, but do let us know if you have any issues downloading them once they've been released!

So its just my console that's banned so if I get a new one it won't transfer the ban or anything
