    Can't Download Dishonored Definitive Edition (or some other games)


    So I have an Xbox One X and cannot download Dishonored Definitive Edition past 1.11gb. I've been trying for weeks and have gone through the Xbox instant message thing who directed me to Bethesda who directed me back here to Xbox after a several different
    attempts to troubleshoot the download.

    I've restarted the console, hard reset my Xbox (turning it off at the wall and making sure it had no power left in it), hard reset my wifi, restarted the download, factory reset my Xbox, checked for updates (none for the Xbox and Bethesda said they haven't
    updated Definitive Edition since launch), made sure I own the game, made sure there's enough space, downloaded other games, tried wired and wireless connections, and about a million other things/combinations of those.

    Hell, we even went through fiddling with the DNS settings to give it a try.

    This isn't the first game I've had trouble with either since getting my One X, Lego Jurassic World has proven to be undownloadable as well.

    So... yeah, i just want to download and play the games I've bought.

    Hey Gudget,

    Dishonored: Definitive Edition is not sent out through codes, but rather the license should be automatically applied. Have you tried downloading Dishonored: Definitive Edition through the Xbox Store? Try searching for that title on the Xbox Store and let
    us know if you're able to download it! :)

    If you have pre-ordered South Park: Fractured, But Whole and Dishonored 2, you should be able to automatically download South Park: The Stick of Truth and Dishonored without a code. These promotions did not require receiving Xbox Live codes.
