Can't download Corporate Lockdown DLC for Alien: Isolation included in season pass.

Hello Staff, problem as in subject.

Issue: Download starts, does a "0%-1%-0%-100%" download cycle, then just says "can't download content" with no specific error code; no broken download on disk, no problems with any other content (as you can see, I frequently use your marketplace). Geo location/Country
congruency is ok, all other content downloads finely, no standard workaround seems to solve (uninstall, cache/content cleaning done many times). Your phone support can't help, redirects me to sega, sega support redirects me to you; now sega no longer responding.
Only offer received, was a refund, but I do prefer to have the content working.

I cannot purchase the season pass

Not all season passes need to be installed for them to work so I wouldn't worry.

Alien Isolation was the same. The season pass won't download or install but you can still download the DLC for free so season pass is doing what it's meant to do.

 

Can't download Corporate Lockdown DLC for Alien: Isolation on Xbox360

I recently purchased Games on Demand version of Alien: Isolation and its season pass. I downloaded everything I need with a little trouble except this particular DLC. I could download every other DLC through Purchase History. But everytime I try to download
Corporate Lockdown either via Purchase History or in-game prompt, the download won't proceed more than 0% then it says "can't download" From official Alien: Isolation forum, so many other people are also experiencing the same particular problem. It seems the
developer admitted this problem last year and it says "it's now fixed" But it's not fixed. The problem still insists. There are still lots of people having same problem regarding the forum. Please admit the problem and work on the solution. Or give me instruction
how to download this.

I tried Troubleshoot on Xbox.com already. I cleared system cache and deleted Marketplace item from storage. None of them worked. I can play the game itself and other DLCs.

 

I'm having the exact same situation here in Brazil with this DLC from Season Pass. Geo location/Country congruency is ok, cleared cache, re-installed the game, downloaded the game and all DLC's again, and nothing seems to work. All others DLC are fine,
I can play all of them without problems. And still waiting for a solution....

 

By the way, when I tried to download all the DLC again, I've checked "Active Downloads" and saw that the package size of each one were like 1235282739823 GB. It happened in all 3 times I tried this 'workaround'.
