Can't download content to ps4 from Minecraft

I managed to find out that it's a common problem that Mojang say they're looking in to. At least there's nothing we should have done differently.

This guy seems to have a very lazy answer. I had the same question and found this lack of info. I learned that my save data was corrupted. I had to delete my worlds, their might be a way around this like syncing with the cloud but my worlds didn't matter. After I deleted them all I was able to download my previous purchased content from my Microsoft account to my PS4.

No, if you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PS4 and link your Microsoft account with your PS4 account, it will not sync the purchase with the accounts.
