    Can't download content redeemed on website?


    Hello there,

    I redeemed a code for extra content for Assassin's Creed: Rogue on the xbox.com website...the code seemed to go through ok, but the content never downloaded on the 360 when I booted it up...is there an extra step I'm missing? I did redeem the code when
    Xbox Live was having issues with redeeming content, which is why I did it on the website, but now it says that service is up and running...and when I try re-entering the code, it says the code has already been redeemed. What else would I need to do?

    Season pass DLC on multiple accounts

    Hi,

    It should be the same as being able to download any DLC content. All the season pass gives you is the ability to download the individual downloads for one cheaper price. As long as it's on the same Xbox 360 that redeemed you redeemed the code on, as well as
    the account that the code was redeemed on then any account on that console should have access to that DLC content that's released.

    Rocket league redeem code not given me anything

    bought rocket league and got a download code for extra content. Used it but got nothing. Xbox say it's been redeemed and they can't do anything. Any clues what to do to get the content and cars?

    Can't download content redeemed on website?

    Did you check your active downloads? On the controller press the Guide button and scroll left. Choose Active Downloads to see if it is pending.

    If it is not then go to Settings>Accounts>Download History to start the download again.

    Please don't bump old threads. It's best to create your own thread for proper assistance. If you redeemed a code via the website, your content should automatically start downloading when you start your console. If not, you can try redownloading it from your
    download history. If it doesn't show in your download history, try redeeming the code again.

    I might have read it wrong, but if you purchased the xbox version and redeemed the code on the xbox website, the content should download the second you sign onto xbox live.

    Sorry, but you can't. Any content you download for the Xbox can only be downloaded directly to the console itself. It is not possible to download from the website. The website will only queue a download to start on the console.

    Even if it doesn't have a wireless adapter, you should be able to connect with a wire.
