You may want to check whoisip or speed test.net

Some isps have us gateways and you get routed wrong

Quick fix shutdown your router and modems for 5min and then turn them on

Also calling your isp will help

a gateway resolve issue is something that cant be done by you

you need to contact your isp for a new dns server

if you live in a border town that tends to be a common issue that's why it has to be escalated to your isp

ngocphi i've created account with Usa, but now i've moved to Chile, and my actual region said Migration, don't know wich one! I've moved to Chile and my actual location is Chile, but I can't download this game.

I know it's probably too late , but I have solution for this.I am from Slovakia but my country / region was set to America.I change it to Slovakia on console and on xbox.com too.After I change that on xbox.com and resigned to that account on xbox, download
work.So if you do not actually set the country where you live change it and it should work.Hope it helps.

I could really go for a sequel to Civilization: Revolution. I just downloaded Civ 5 for my Mac and it's amazing!

While Civilization: Revolution is a great game, it isn't a real time strategy game, as it is turn based.

Can't access the account because it's suspended, I know however that that account has Civilization Revolution on it, I can see the last achievment I got.
