Can't download certain games from Xbox Game Pass for PC

Hi,

I signed up for the Xbox Game Pass for PC Beta yesterday, but it seems as though I can't download or install most of the games. I managed to download
Moonlighter and Super Hot to my PC, but I couldn't install:

Shenmue 1 & 2

Wandersong

Shadow Tactics

The Messenger

Cross Code

When I try to install them from the store, the Install button is greyed out. If I then click "...", it tells me that I don't have any applicable devices. My PC is listed as a device in my Microsoft account, my copy of Windows is valid and activated, and
it says that I'm not running in S-Mode.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

I'm still having an issue downloading the games after updating windows.

I have the latest updates, Windows Updates and Xbox Beta app, and the same problem, some games require admin approve to get installed, I don't know what to do, I have trying everything, nothing works, i guess must be a critical problem in the windows store,
please someone from help center!

This is going to sound stupid, but do the update that mynpc linked to and THEN go to
Start -> Windows Update -> Check for Updates

It turns out that there are a couple of additional updates that need to be applied after the Windows Update. It wasn't until I'd installed those couple of extra updates that it started working for me.

You need to update your windows. It needs the May 2019 Update.

You can force the update at: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
