Can't download Call of Duty 2

I am attempting to buy Call of Duty 2 but when I go to my xbox one it say to buy it on xbox.com or on a 360. I tried xbox.com but I get to the "Sorry Your account is unable to make this kind of purchase on xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from
your xbox. My birthday is on the 25th of August 2000 (today I am 16) and I am using Euros and I am living in Austria. Austria uses PEGI and rates CoD 2 as 16. I went to the Austrian page and attempted to buy it but I got the "Sorry" message, strangly it always
gave me the message in english. I do have a valid payment method other than the 30 euros on my acount. Is there something i am doing wrong or do I just have to call up my friend in the states, ask him to change his reigon to austria or anywhere that uses PEGI
and euros, have him log in on my account and buy it for me?

Why can't I download games from bundle Call of Duty

Hi! 3 Jan 2017 I in the Ru Xbox live store purchased COD: MW Bundle. File size 58.34 MB. File downloaded and installed on your console. The specified file should give the option to download the game from the collection - 3 pieces (Call of Duty® 4: Modern
Warfare®; Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 2 Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 3). However, download 3 games is not happening (loading screen disappears). To test the ability of downloading my games, I bought two more games: Duke Nukem Forever, KILLER IS DEAD.
The last game I downloaded, installed and played.

Question: Why can't I download games from bundle: Call of Duty® 4: Modern Warfare®; Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 2 Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 3 ? Regional and age restrictions no

 

It's because you are only 16, to purchase games on xbox.com you have to be 18 or older. The only way you can purchase that game is by using an xbox 360.

 

I am 37 years old with an unrestricted account and I can't buy call of duty 2 through my console either. What's going on here? I've downloaded other bc games but this one has no option.

 

I also originally bought the COD 2 game disc on launch with my 360 console 11 years ago. Kept it until I got my XBONE. Got rid of all my 360 games when Microsoft said there was no chance of Xbox one being backwards compatible. I feel like Microsoft owes
me a free download of this game at least.

Call of Duty 2's store page. Let us know if you're able to purchase the game through the page linked!
