Cant download Borderlands to Xbox One

As I was looking through the games with gold section I noticed that Borderlands was one of the backwards compatible games that was free for the month. So I immediately went to go download it. However after clicking the "show price" and then the "continue"
button it says that my account is unable to make this type of purchase on xbox.com and I should complete the transaction on my xbox. The thing is I was on my xbox one the entire time i was doing this. Then I tried downloading the game on the website , but
it said the same thing. Please help

Borderlands 2 cannot be download on my xbox one

Borderlands 2 is now free (Game with gold) and I tried downloading it from my xbox one but it keep saying that I cant download it from xbox.com.. W-t-f xbox

So if there is a way to download it from my xbox let me know because I only have 15days
