    Can't download borderlands 2 from xbox.com or from my xbox one


    When i try to download borderlands 2 on my Xbox one or Xbox.com it always would say your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox. It always would say that when i try to download it on my
    Xbox or from the website what should i do?

    Borderlands 2 cannot be download on my xbox one

    Borderlands 2 is now free (Game with gold) and I tried downloading it from my xbox one but it keep saying that I cant download it from xbox.com.. W-t-f xbox

    So if there is a way to download it from my xbox let me know because I only have 15days

    Can't download Borderlands 2 for Games with Gold?

    I'm trying to download Borderlands 2 for the Games with Gold deal but everytime I try it says that I can't make the purchase from xbox.com and to try from my Xbox. That'd be fine and dandy, but I've been trying to download it from my Xbox and it says the
    same thing. Anyone know what's going on or how to fix this problem? It's kinda frustrating being told to complete the purchase on your Xbox when I'm trying to get it on my Xbox.
