Can't download BO2

I have CoD: Black Ops 2 on my Xbox 360, I downloaded it with a pre-paid code and I can't download it on my Xbox One, do I need to buy it again?!?

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Does not download

I was on my Xbox 1 and I recently got the bo2 disk but I can't figure out how to download it. Plz help

BO2

Hi, I recently put my BO2 disc in to download BO2 backward compatible. However, when I launch the game and try to sign into the 360 account on the One, it says "Sorry, this profile can't connect to Xbox Live on this console. To fix it, download it again."
I have no clue what to do. Help please?

I'm sorry to see any issues with downloading Black Ops 2 on the Xbox One! It's possible that the code was redeemed on another account on your Xbox 360, and you've had access to it through the console license. On Xbox 360, there were two types of licenses;
one for your profile, and one for the console/hard drive. It's similar to how Home console works for the Xbox One.

I was able to play BO2, but i had none of the downloaded content. check my hard drive and all of the downloadable content was still there. hope they get this fixed. pay for the extra maps and can't even use them.

Hey Castro! Sorry to hear your day off hasn't been so fun. I have a suggestion for you. Delete the BO2 content, and then go to the Marketplace and download some random free content that is equal too, or larger in size than the BO2 content. Then download
the BO2 content again, and give it a shot. What this does is write over the sector of the HDD that the BO2 content was not working on, and put it on a new sector. Let us know if that helps, cheers!

Hey there Anonymou5!

Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

The first thing I suggest is getting this download to go to a different place on your hard drive.

To do that:

Delete any partial downloads of BO2 that you currently have on your hard drive.
Clear your system cache.
Go to the Marketplace and download some games/demos/videos that equal the size of the BO2 download. (For example: If BO2 is 5gb, download at least 5.1gb worth of games/demos/videos).
Restart your console.
Download BO2 from your
Download History.

The purpose of that is to force BO2 to download to a different section of your hard drive. This way, if there's something it just doesn't like about that section of HD it will skip it entirely.
