Can´t download Blizzard Mountain.

So I bought Blizzard Mountain because it´s 9.99 for Gold Members, but I can´t download it on my PC. I pay´d and in the store it says only Buy not download or something else and when I check my Bank acc I can see that the 9.99 are gone. And when I look at
my Transactions nothing there. (The money went to Adyen BV and sorry if my english is not the best :/ )

Says it's purchased, click on "download", it thinks for a second, then comes back to the download screen

Hello, to all Forza Horizon 3 players, o have a error with my Xbox for Forza Horizon 3s Blizzard Mountain expansion, it won’t let me get the Ford GYMKHANA 9 Focus RS RX and I need help trying to get it when it DOESN’T appear in the Autoshow
and on the DLC lists. But if i pause my game and go to the DLC car list it shows up there. Can anyone help me?

 

Are you bought from this
page? If you own this it will show as already owned and you can play on PC. Try to open dlc from in game menu. Check your purchase history in account.microsoft.com and ask support for advice.

 

I bought it from the Store on my pc and I spoke to the support and they said that I should ask here in this forum.
