    Cant download Black Ops 2 on xbox one


    I have hard reset my Xbox one and is on the most recent update however when I put in my disc to download black ops 2 nothing happens, the Xbox doesn't make a noise or even try to read the disc, I was wondering how I get my Xbox to download the game. It
    is in the list of backwards compatible games and plenty other of these have worked on my Xbox, it is just black ops 2 that isn't working. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated Cant download Black Ops 2 on xbox one :)

    The problem can be caused by the fact that if you do not have a connection do not download the digital copy. The game you have it physical or digital?
