    I'm trying to download Banjo Kazooie Nuts and bolts from xbox live and when i select the download option it keeps appearing a message that goes like this: ¨Sorry, something went wrong. This isn't available for your region, or the file is corrupted, or we
    don't recognize the format. Find more info by looking up status code 80150017 at
    www.xbox.com/errorhelp.¨ I'm actually in San diego, california. HELP

    If you are using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) in order to make the console think you are in another region (usually used to get programming from a different country for Netflix) or have your DNS changed this could happen.

    Try turning off the VPN (if you are using it) or change your DNS to automatic and see if that helps.

    Ok, I was just checking out the website for the game and it is not listed at all. It seems as though the game has been removed and this would be the reason you can no longer download it.

    Also is your account region the us?

    Also show us your speedtest.net result

    Hardreset your modem and router

    Remove references for the vpn in your router

    Also what ISP are you with you may have to talk to them about a new gateway resolve
