cant download backwards compatable games on xbox one s keeps giving this error with not error ...

Not sure who can help me as i see other people have had this issue as well but i am trying to download a few backwards compatibility games on my xbox one s in australia and i keep getting this message for weeks, every time i try and buy the games through
the same account ive always had set up on my profile ie paypal why is it not letting me evendownload them off the internet when i log in to my xbox live account .

Need help as id like to buy them before the sale is over

Can't download my Xbox profile on backwards compatibility

I can't download my profile on Xbox One backwards compatibility. It keeps giving me the code error 80070571 which translate to that my profile is corrupted and it is not. My profile is perfectly fine both on my One and 360.

 

Error code 0x87DD0017

I can not sign into my account on my Xbox one s. It keeps telling me to try again and giving me this error code:0x87DD0017

Even if you put it unrestricted

That's only for Xbox one games and have no bearing on Xbox 360 marketplace

Xbox one family settings only works on the Xbox one games marketplace and not compatible with the xbox 360 web marketplace

You can only buy from the website or Xbox one using an adult account with actual gold

Or using an Xbox 360

 

Cheers for the info as i never seen this issue with any of the xbox consoles or xbox live gold memberships ive had since they were created. Ive been able to download fable 3, bioshock infinite, dark souls, alan wake, battlefield bad company 2, darksiders
2 and daytona usa all 360 backwards compatible with the xbox one from the 360 with no issues what so ever!! So im stumped about why the adult account part is the reason as my xbox live account has been adult like me (dob details) through my 360 days and my
xbox one. Is there anyway to check if my account is set to adult? As ive also tried to buy them through my Microsoft/xbox account with gold membership all vaild.

And no changing the age or the email will change your status

Restriction setting like unrestricted no rating etc etc is a sign of family settings fyi which only occurs on child accounts

Are you sure you didn't make the purchases on an Xbox, 360?

 

I can understand why i have most of these titles as xbox has givn access to previous xbox 360 games that were saved to my xbox live account/gamertag and i hav always had the real games ( discs not digital downloads) bar daytona and alan wake these titles
i downloaded via my xbox one and xbox live account ( but are still titles in the 360 backwards compatibility) will give support a call as id like to see what age they hav on my account as im sure i had the correct info when i created it.
