Can't Download Avatar Promo on Xbox One

I was looking into downloading the free U.S. Army avatar outfit but I can't get it to purchase. It's stuck on the loading popup. I checked the service online status and everything is normal. I even tried to purchase it from my laptop but I run into the same
issue. Just a heads up and I hope we can come to resolve. It would be a nice freebie to have in my collection.

enders game and nfl promo

Enders game promo, how do I get back to it to download the avatar and enter for the Xbox promo. I did the yahoo one but couldn't get the imdb one to work either. Also where do you find the nfl one.

Hello thanks for the information I am sorry to know that you are having problems with downloading the offer, I would like you to reset your Xbox and make sure there are no new updates available. Make sure that the offer is still valid through the supplier
not all offers stay around for ever, also some offers for free items need you to watch a video or complete a task in order for you to unlock the prize. Please try this and reply to the post if you have problems on this issue. We will try to help you any way

I don't remember exact details and can't find the original email listed the promo but here's what I know. The promo was listed sometime around when the Gamer IQ started.

Promo details: Purchase an item from the avatar marketplace for at least 200 MSP and receive a Halo Banshee for your avatar.

Date: deadline for promo approximately mid-April

Promo item: Halo Banshee

I purchased an item worth 240 MSP on April 8th thus meeting the requirement. I have not received an email or other indication that I would be receiving the promo item.

The PEPSI promo is only available to players that set their regions to the UK. Once at the Dashboard look for a PEPSI MAX promo in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Play the game as your Avatar and finish it, then select one of the football players
(soccer in the US) and complete it as them. Once you complete both of these playthroughs (shouldn't take more then 5min) You must race the athlete and win the race. Once you complete the race you can download the PEPSI shirt (Male or Female).
