Can't Download Assassin's Creed Rouge Xbox One Gold

Been waiting so long for Assassin's Creed to come again on Xbox Gold now I can't even play it! Tried downloading it on my Xbox One S and no luck and even tried on the browser and nothing, please help!!

I had to come here to xbox.com to download this as there was no option to do so on my xbox one.

Usually have no problems downloading the free xbox 360 games via my console.

And then the only way to find it was via the list of backwards compatible games.

When trying in either spot what is thr error that you are getting? Like any code or measage popping up when this is happening?

Do you get any error code or message when you try to download the game? Does your account region matches your physical region?

nope, had no problems downloading all other x360 games on xone.

I use paypal as my payment option, paypal is linked to my debit bank account. Never had problems before.
