    Can't download "Army of two" on Xbox one


    I tried to download "Army of two" - that was free thru gold membership -on xbox one s and am getting this message :"sorry your purchase cannot be completed at this time "

    i tried the website and the purchase was successful - I uses my US address and PayPal payment - game was free though

    it never showed on my console and could not download it from the store as I am always getting the same result "sorry your purchase cannot be completed at this time "

    Because the 360 Games with Gold are yours to keep, you need a non-trial Gold account to claim them.

    Trial codes don't change your account status to gold. You can download the Xbox One Games with Gold with a trial because a gold subscription is required to keep playing it for free, but a full gold subscription is required in order to download 360 Games
    with Gold games.
