Can't download Army of Two DC, Mafia 2

Hello, i'm having a problem with downloading "Games with gold" games. To be exact - with Mafia 2, Army of two DC. I had no problems with other games before. I will try to explain everything as clearly as I can. To start with , I live in Lithuania and there
is not "Lithuania" as an option in regional settings so I've chosen UK instead. At first, I was getting 80150017.error message (regional restrictions?) Ive contacted support and after our long chat they offered me to try VPN. By using a VPN servise I have
changed my location and my IP to UK and 80150017 message gone , i was able to start to download those games, they appear in my download history, everything seems fine, but after download status reaches 80 % , it suddenly hops to 100 and gives me message :
"Can't download" I have contacted microsoft support again, we had maybe 3 hours chat, we tried every single troubleshooting step, all the cache clearing and etc. Nothing changed. So i believe the problem occurs because of some kind regional issues? Its sad
that I buy gold account only for the free games with gold, since i am a person with no free time and i dont play online. So I can clearly say that my last months gold account was a waste of money, i guess? Ive spent lots of hours chatting with support team,
they have done anything they can.I hope to get any kind of solution for my problem. Thank You

Error 80150017 Mafia 2 gold free !!! Why Microsoft?

Paid 220RON(60$) and can't download Army of Two, Mafia 2 , Fable 3, HALO and now even Just Casuse 2.

WTF is wrong with them?!

They give free games(lie) only for their *** americans.

EUROPE is the first continent and now its more like Africa.

The same problem on me 2 in the last two mounts I was unable to download the free games ARMY OF TWO , AC: 4 Black Flag and this Mounth Mafia 2.I think I tried ererything still not works ! Hopefully Microsoft will meke something with this error !

You arent allowed ro reroute access. Or use any method to gain access to content you arent supposed to have access to

If you dont live in an xbox live region then there is nothing you can do till your region is supported

 

But what exactly stops the download @ 80%? I have those games already in my download history? Did the system rechecks my location at the end of the download?

 

Yep it rechecks your ip and there is alittle something that we cant discuss that happens but part of it is your method of bypassing the region locks
