    Can't download ArcaniA??? Help


    Tried to download ArcaniA twice now and both times it has popped up, can't download?

    i have enough space for the game, my internet connection is fine, I have tried system cache, nothing works, it just won't download.

    this is ridiculous, why put a game up for sale that can't be downloaded?

    And there is no problem with me downloading other games, I downloaded Halo Spartan Assault & Batman Blackgate is morning. The problem is with the game I'm sure.

    At the 8th try, it seems to have downloaded perfectly now, I guess just needed to be persistent with this game.

    I got it to work earlier, just needed to be persistent, on the 8th attempt it downloaded.

    I've been talking to xbox support on twitter about this Arcania problem for 2 days and they dont seem to have any idea about a service outage.

    If it helps.. I downloaded it on the 13th attempt by first enabling downloads to continue when powered off, then queue the download, wait for it to start then turn off the console.

    Worked fine for me and I tried a lot of solutions first.

    Problem with download bought game

    I am having the same problem. Can't download ArcaniA and everything matches on mine. It won;t even start downloading, just sits for about a minute and then says can't download. I tried downloading a demo and it worked fine. Just won;t download ArcaniA.

    I can't download it either. It says "Can't download ArcaniA", I have reset my modem and router, and cleared my cache.

    I'm having the same problem. Just purchased Arcania and the DLC pack associated with it, and the download for the main game keeps cancelling with an error of "Can't Download Arcania." If I go into System Settings>Storage>Hard Drive>Games and Apps, I find
    a listing for ArcaniA - Gothic 4, but it has a yellow circle with a white exclamation mark. If I delete this listing for the game, which I assume is download cache data, then reboot my Xbox 360, I can successfully restart the download. But the furthest I've
    been able to get the download is about 35% before it fails again with the same error.

    All other downloads seem to be working fine for me. In fact, I just purchased a texture pack for Minecraft and it downloaded without any problems. This seems to be limited to the main game file for Arcania. Even it's DLC pack seems to be downloading just
    fine in between my attempts to get the game itself.

    all was not usefull. Seems that this problem is only about the "ArcaniA" game. All other bought games is possible download without problem include addon of ArcaniA game. Just when i start download ArcaniA, show 0% of downloading process, abou 5 sec nothing,
    then quick 100% download and low of scree xbox says "I cant download ArcaniA".
