Can't download apps with Xbox requirement

Hello, I need help with this problem. I can't download apps with Xbox requirements. Every time I try, It shows a sign that says the following: "There is a problem completing your request. Try again
later. Inquiring minds may find this error code helpful: 80154017"

Pushing downloads to Xbox One

do i understand that you can only download games and apps with the xbox one on ? because i can't find the option to download with the console off. you can on the 360

It sounds like there are issues with you Microsoft account that need to be resolved. On you phone go to
settings and then select email + accounts and make sure that you only have 1 labelled as a "Microsoft Account". If you only have one listed, make sure the password is correct.

Ounce all of this information is updated, hopefully your issues will be resolved.

The games don't show up in the apps list. I can't cancel or download the games through the Microsoft Store, it requires me to install said games through the Xbox app (game pass games). I tried wsreset, but it didn't resolve the issue, as the 2 games still show up as ready to install, and I can't do anything except view the installs in the Xbox app

there is no paypal option. also it does load when change region. but it just load and nothing else, you can't download anything. i tried download some game pass games through microsoft store and it work just fine but most of the games requires Xbox app.

I don't think I can download driver on the website. I can't find it anywhere. Every time it brings me to the product page. I think the driver can only be download through the accessory app. However, the app requires the connection of a controller, which

once a game starts updating on xbox app and then cancelled it is then removed and a full download is required.
