Can't download apps on my Xbox 360 after logging in

Hello comunity. I have had some problems with my Xbox 360 because I can't download apps to my console. If I'm not logged in, I can see all the 7 dashboard tabs normally (bing, home, social, games, movies&tv, apps, settings) but if I go to the 'apps' section
and then click some app to download (e.g. Netflix), it leads me to a screen showing the options for the app (Download, Pin to home, Rate), where I click 'Download', and then I'm requested to log in with my Xbox Live Account (I've no Gold subscription if it
helps). Until now everything's OK but when I log in with my account, it returns me to the screen with the options screen for Netflix BUT, the 'Download' button isn't there anymore. After that if I go back to the dashboard only can see 5 tabs (home, social,
games&apps, settings) and can't even find the Netflix app nor any other else.

Some info that can be useful:

- I'm from Costa Rica

- My email refers also to Costa Rica

Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

Could someone help me please?!

No app store after login in to live account.

Hello,

I have a xBox 360 and for some reason I am unable to install any apps after logging in to live account... i made a few accounts, i changed location, I even buy gold member and still is not working.

And after logging in to live it looks like this.

I i try to download Internet Explorer it ask me to log in, i login and then it shows this... no download no nothing. no error.

I can download games without problems but no apps, so right now my xbox has no apps, no youtube no explorer

Many times I've seen this from partial download data, or being cleared up by clearing your system cache.

Follow those steps and let us know if that doesn't work!

I had this issue followed a few things mentioned online.

The way I got it sorted was to download the xbox app on my phone and sign in there, then whilst that was open I tried logging in/down,oading my profile to my xbox360 and success!

I can't connect my 360 to the app I reckon the functionality isn't there.

No worries.

For PC, the account that purchased the game must be logged into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows. After downloading the game, download the Xbox app and log in with your child's account on the Xbox app.

After that just start the game normally, and the game will use your child's account.

Yes. I can log in there, but need to log onto to the xbox 360 to play games and access other apps. I cannot download the profile onto the xbox 360.
