    Can't download anything?


    When I am trying to download Ark: Survival Evolved preview it brings up the loading icon,as usual, but then it seems to be stuck loading and I have to wait several minutes for it to go back to the screen where you download the game. It doesn't say that the
    instillation has started and no matter how many times I do it it still won't work? Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

    Hello K1ngz,

    I would suggest doing a power cycle first:
    support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

    This has a tendency to fix many similar issues.

    If that does not work:

    So, to confirm - the page with the error is the Store page on the console, correct? If so, can you instead initiate the download here:

    store.xbox.com/.../70e3ab21-a3ba-4946-82e9-df7b5a72e363     (There should be an option for the free trial - this is how I did it.)

    Now, on your console if the game does not automatically appear in the Queue (downloading) go to My Games & Apps and move all the way to the right and you should see Ark: Survival Evolved under "Ready to Install", in which case hit A to download.

    Bing used to support downloads. a person using common sense is the best anti virus, Bing already has a standard web protection. So I don't see a problem with them adding downloads back.

    you dont have to load the companion app to launch games they are in the start menu.

    what version of windows 10 do you have installed, is it 1903,1909 or 2004. also in the windows store have you checked for updates and also checked for updates under settings.

    I'm running windows 1909, and I cant launch it from start menu on windows either.

    And yes in the windows store I tried checking for updates and nothing came up, nor could I install any other software from the store.
