    Can't download anything


    Games, apps, updates. Anything. I try to start the download, but it never begins. The problem begun two days ago when I tried to update The Witcher 3, it reached 88% and stopped. Since then I haven't been able to start any download.

    I don't think my internet connection is causing the problem, and I have tried hard reset.

    Can't download anything!!

    I have plenty of points. It lets me "buy" new puzzle groups, but it won't allow any downloads. It says "downloading", but nothing happens. Help!

    I also have the same problem. Downloads constantly stop. I can't update anything, I can't download any Games for Gold. Therefore, Xbox looses potential digital purchases from me, since I am worried they will not download. They'll say, "check connection",
    whatever crap, though, I know of other people with the same issues. Downloads just randomly stop, and refuse to continue.

    Bing used to support downloads. a person using common sense is the best anti virus, Bing already has a standard web protection. So I don't see a problem with them adding downloads back.

    you dont have to load the companion app to launch games they are in the start menu.

    what version of windows 10 do you have installed, is it 1903,1909 or 2004. also in the windows store have you checked for updates and also checked for updates under settings.

    I'm running windows 1909, and I cant launch it from start menu on windows either.

    And yes in the windows store I tried checking for updates and nothing came up, nor could I install any other software from the store.
