Can't download anything.

I can't download any of the GTA5 dlc packs nor episode 4 and 5 of The Wolf Among Us and each time I tried it kept repeating "Your credit card info could't be retrieved. Buy this item with money in your Microsoft account or try again later."

But the dlc packs for GTA are FREE and I already bought the season pass for the Wolf Among Us. Is there any solution or i'm permanently ***.

Can't download anything!!

I have plenty of points. It lets me "buy" new puzzle groups, but it won't allow any downloads. It says "downloading", but nothing happens. Help!

Check commerce.microsoft.com to ensure your billing info is up to date and that you do not owe any money. If you do owe money your account will have been locked and you cannot download anything until the issue is solved.

Either way you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance with this as it is a billing issue.

Well. I didn't put a billing info in the first place 'cause every time I put my credit card info it kept rejecting it so I've been using ms codes for years and this is the first time I got *** over.

Bing used to support downloads. a person using common sense is the best anti virus, Bing already has a standard web protection. So I don't see a problem with them adding downloads back.

you dont have to load the companion app to launch games they are in the start menu.

what version of windows 10 do you have installed, is it 1903,1909 or 2004. also in the windows store have you checked for updates and also checked for updates under settings.

I'm running windows 1909, and I cant launch it from start menu on windows either.

And yes in the windows store I tried checking for updates and nothing came up, nor could I install any other software from the store.

Can't download anything.
