Cant download anything from xbox game pass(pc)

Hello, I have trouble installing anything from xbox game pass(pc) I own Game pass ultimate and I can't install anything. I click on the Install button but nothing happens. I tried to find some sollutions but nothing worked. I think I need to run Microsoft store in admin mode but couldn't find how.

I tried everything but nothing worked, my subscription is up.

Thank you, everything works perfectly fine now. I used both the first and second step before checking whether it fixed it so I dont know which of the two fixed it but it worked so thanks.

I'm Anirban and I'll be happy to help you today.

Try these steps and see how it goes:

1. Clear the cache of the Xbox Game Pass app, press the "Windows + R" keys and type in

"%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.GamingApp_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache".

This will take you to the Xbox Game Pass cache folder. Delete all the files in the folder.

2. Reset the Xbox Game Pass app, go to the Start menu, find the Xbox Game Pass app, right-click it, and select "App settings." Scroll down and click on the "Reset" button to reset the app to its default settings.

3. Press Windows Key + R to open Run and type "wsreset.exe" and then click on ok. After that restart your device and check for updates.

When you want a game from the game pass for PC, you need to go through the game pass for PC or the Microsoft store to download the games. They will not download from the app or console companion. Here is the
