Cant download anything digital

So here the jist I wanted a xbox x so I ended up buying one off of someone well everything was going fine until about a month in having it till it started crashing every game I tried to play so I took the steps to finally fix it now I can play most of
my games but now I'm having a download issue where if I try to download anything digital it immediately cancels and sais that its corrupted I never experience any of these problems before when I had my original xbox one and I've tried multiple things hard
resetting my xbox,clearing the caches and even setting it to factory default and I'm just getting frustrated cause I feel like I I got jipped out of a x I'm just curious if anyone else had this problem and what they did to fix it or am I just SOL and have
to buy a new one

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to effectively deal with this situation. I can totally understand how this could leave anyone feeling lost. If you are experiencing problems downloading/installing games, I suggest trying what we have
on the support page entitled Troubleshoot slow game or app downloads on Xbox One.

Another troubleshooting step that might help would be a soft factory reset of the console.It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step
for most issues.

If your network is set up alright and you know the sign in information for your accouts, follow the steps here on

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One, select the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps, and let us know how that helps with the issue

When you get the chance, give the steps there a shot and let us know if that helped.

The only code it gives me is (0x80070570) amd yeah I power cycled plenty of times it worked for a little bit but now it doesn't work also I did purchase this off of a person how much does the repair typically cost?

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you were able to download games until about a month ago but are unable to do so since then. Aside from that error message you gave us, do you get an error code?

Which factory reset did you perform? There are 2 to choose from. One keeps games and apps downloaded, the other removes everything. Let us know these details so that we can better assist.
