Can't download any puzzles

Discus and support Can't download any puzzles in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; FIX IT. You took my money but I can't finish ANY download of my puzzles. Starting with the new Camping.     Can't download any puzzles


    FIX IT. You took my money but I can't finish ANY download of my puzzles. Starting with the new Camping. I thought Microsoft was better then this. Just fix it. Or tell me how to fix it. Or give me back my money. I can't use this program and its NOT my fault!

    Can't download any new puzzles

    I was doing fine for a while, but now I have four new puzzle groups that I have been "charged for" (points) that I cannot download.

    Please advise.

    The new "Winter" jigsaw

    Tried to download the new "Winter" jigsaw puzzle several times and it seems to be stuck in the download process. I can see all puzzles but can't download, re-purchase, or select any of the puzzles. Please send it to me again.

    Does the screen stay black after loading the advertisement? Or does it fail to load the advertisement altogether? If that's so I'd take a look at your network settings, see if there are any ad-blockers that might prevent the connection from loading the
    ads, and thus not triggering loading the puzzle.

    Are you able to successfully log into the Xbox App on that system?

    I'd also recommend you check your system if there are any updates and the Microsoft Store app to see if there are app updates.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Are you able to download anything yet? If not, I would recommend starting by
    reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw.
