Discus and support cant download any new puzzle collections in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; why cant i download any new puzzle collections.     why cant i download any new puzzle collections. This is the 2nd time i wrote to you for support for this problem doesnt anything anyone write to you get noticed or is all this just the same old problems and nobody cares to give a suggestion how to fix it.
    I tried clearing cache and everything else. I guess you people dont care if we download any new puzzles or not I cant even download the new winter collection i have most of my other puzzles done on all 4 levels of them so i will try one more time to contact
    you with this problem and resolve that you dont care about your costumers.

    how come i cant download any more new puzzles that i buy with my puzzle credits

    when i purchase new puzzle with the coins i get from doing puzzles in my collection i cant get the new puzzles to download so i can do them it takes me to my internet explorer

    In the "Classic Puzzle" I can not download new collections. Also I would like to delete some puzzles in my collections.

    Where is my jigsaw puzzle collection?

    My last response was that the collection reappeared. I completed a puzzle in the collection last night, which unlocked a new puzzle within the collection. Tonight, I decided to begin a new puzzle in that same collection, but it has completely disappeared again!

    Yep. Now mid-October. Always crashed when I finished a puzzle and then tried to open a new one; I had to re-open the program every time I wanted to do the next puzzle. I have bought a dozen or so new collections since I started Jigsaw (with upgrade to Windows
    10), but now I have the same problem others mention, namely that my account has been charged, but the collections will not download. After clicking the "Download" button, the square picture for the puzzle says, "Downloading..." but nothing happens --download
    indicator bar never gets any color (I've waited as much as an hour). I've been trying for a couple of weeks now to get the two collections I most recently purchased. I've done Windows updates, program restarts, PC restarts, and driver updates.

    I cannot download collections of puzzles now - apparently this is a recurring problem. Coins are subtracted but puzzles are unavailable to play.
