Cant download any games from store

I am unable to download any games from the game store. It start to download then after it load a little it will say that it can't download. I have tried on another console and still got the same error. So I'm sure that is not my console so thinking it may
be my crappy wifi or a account issue. Any help is appreciated

Sorry to hear it. Which region (country) is your gamertag set for and which region do you live in? If they do not match you may have issues downloading content because some content cannot be downloaded to a region that it was not intended for.

If the regions match and you are connected wirelessly then try using an ethernet cable.

I cant download it from the Microsoft store. Is there any other way to download it?

Same problem with the store, cant cant look at or purchase any game and cant download data pack that i need for mw as need access to the store to download it
