    I cant download any game on my console because an error occurs

    I have contacted xbox many times but none of the methods they suggested worked

    i cant download any free 360 games on my xbox one all because i refuse to put my credit card info on my xbox one...why cant i just download it if its free?

    Hello,

    I have Gold subscription, and download free gold games on xbox one (one and 360)

    But today I logon on 360 and cant find any available for download games.

    Why? I was expecting get my 360 games. Is it possible?

    What is your account region

    What is your actual region

    Do they match?

    What is your connection type

    What is your isp

    What is your speedtest net result

    Have you hardreset your modem and router for 5mins?

    Fyi us foreign bases dont count as the us and some territories have their own geoip so they dont count either
