Cant download ANY content, but can buy subscription !!

I cant purchase anything BESIDES A SUBSCRIPTION !!

Attempts on web = "uh oh... Error"

Purchase attempts on 360 = "Cant get your credit card info right now ..."

"Manage Payment Options" on 360 = "Xbox Live System error 801540FA",

my card bought the subscription (today.. to see make sure its good.. $10 out the window) so what gives?

Updated card info... added another card (so 2 now), doesnt even ask how to pay (web), just chokes.

again... "gold pass" subscription posted to my VISA.. & They (visa) said no other charges were attempted or denied...

downloading M content

so my account is a childs account iknow i cant download free M content (even tho my parents said i could) but can i buy M content?

latman you need the subscription to use xbox music, and you can buy content using the xbox video app. but when stream locally/network it uses the apps functionality to play your content. so no subscription needed, but you do need to download the app

How long has this problem been happening, and when it did last work (beside the purchase of a subscription) how manyy marketplace items did you buy in one day using your card? The reason I say that is because I had a similar problem to me once, and was told
by Microsoft Support that security measure kicked in through mass purchases.

The best thing you could possibly do right now is speak to them thorugh Support Chat at:

support.xbox.com/contact-us

Explain to them the problem, and one way or another they will get your problem sorted. They MAY have to escalate the issue to higher support but it may not have to come to that.

Please keep me updated on the outcome of your problem when you've had a chat with the Support Team.

Chat didnt help... phone support escalated,didnt see anything wrong,

waiting game to hear from them...

last "gold pass charge" was 2/4/14, last "purchase" was 01-30-14,

Bought gold pass this morn... posted to Visa already . ..
