    I’ve been trying to download Lego Indiana Jones 2 from the xbox store on to my xbox one as it is free for gold members at the moment. I press “see price” and it comes up with a white page saying Server Error in ‘/‘ Application. Followed by some text about
    web configuration which I don’t understand. If anyone can help or has seen it before I would appreciate the help.

    All 360 online services are down. Back compatible games on Xbox one can’t save.

    I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 back compatible games. The rest of the Xbox one behaves normally. I know it’s not a problem with my console because both my old 360 and the 360 emulator on the Xbox one do it.

    I thought maybe the problem was on my end so I did a soft reset. Now the 360 emulator on the Xbox one has no profile on it. I can’t download my profile to it because it can’t connect to Xbox live. So I can’t save at all in back compatible games.

    Is it a regional problem? Is it down for maintenance? The status page doesn’t mention anything.

    I’ve tried 6 other Xbox 360 backwards compatible games discs on my Xbox one. All of them don’t get recognised now but they used too 2 months ago. I can’t even download the digital versions of the same game without paying for it again and other digital 360 games work, only the 360 disks aren’t being recognised
