Can't Download Add on - Did I mess up?

I tried again tonight, about an hour ago, and I was finally able to download the 'Navigation Set A'. But then I bought the PA4 Story and tried downloading that but it didn't work. Same problem as before. 'Can't Download PA4 Story'.

 

Navigation Set A downloaded for me as well, but Narration and Round Calls still refuse to.

 

Also the Glasses Full Pack doesnt work. Been trying for a few hours still nothing...

 

Hey, all! Sorry to see that you are still unable to download these DLCs. Since it's been a few days, are you still unable to download 'P4A Story', 'Glasses Full' and 'Narration & Round Calls Unlock'? If you are, please post back so that I know we have the
most current information, and I will pass this along to the investigating teams.

 

Navigation Set A is downloadable for me now too. I'm super happy about this, though I'm sad to hear everyone's having trouble with other DLC. Good luck to the rest of you!

P4A Story still won't download.

 

I successfully downloaded the 'P4A Story' addon tonight. It took over a week, but at least I finally got what I paid $USD for.

This experience has left me with a hesitance to risk spending anymore of my money on the Xbox Marketplace. I admit that this is the first time this has ever happened since owning an Xbox 360 in about 8 years. So I will suspend my reservations with regards
to other Xbox Marketplace purchases, but there is no way I will spend anymore money on Persona 4 Arena Ultimax addons. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Thank you to whomever is responsible for finally delivering the game content I paid for.

I must admit that I agree with ardiablo23 in that this experience has definitely made me rethink Xbox Marketplace purchases. This isn't the only game where I've had issues downloading DLC, but it's been the worst by far and the only one where it got so bad
that assistance was needed. Between this and the service constantly going down, I'm seriously considering not renewing my Gold at this point. It's just been super frustrating.
