Can't Download Add on - Did I mess up?

So here's the story. I tried downloading the add on Navigation Set A for Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, and the payment went through and everything (I have the billing history and everything) and right before it started to download,
I tried switching the storage location to a usb drive instead of my default download location, since I had all the dlc on the usb.

The trouble started here: An error popped up at that point, the code being 80070490 (which says the error has something to do with my gamertag, but I doubt that), and when I try downloading the add on, it goes to 1% before going back to 0%, alternating between
the two for a few seconds until it just says 'Can't download Navigation Set A'. The Marketplace shows I already downloaded it, even though I don't have it, and every time I try to download it again, the same thing happens

So is this fixable? Or did I just unwittingly screw myself over? Please help! I spent $12 on this, and I don't have the dlc to prove it!

does the region of your account actually reflect the region you live in?

gears of war 2 dlc you need to live in the actual region of your account



if your account reflects your actual country then just reset your router and modem



if not you will have to create the correct account

 

Sorry to hear it. That error means you should try deleting your gamertag and clear your cache before recovering it or that there is not enough space on the selected hard drive. Follow the steps at the link below to fix it.

Did the steps, all that changed was that now instead of alternating between 0% and 1% while downloading, it just stays at 0%. It's a 100KB download, and I have 1.2GB of free space on the hard drive. So what now?

I am having a similar issue with the same DLC. I purchased it last night, but keep getting the "Can't Download This Item" message when trying to download it from either the product page or my download history. The item has not been downloaded at all, not
even a corrupted file on my HDD, and I have plenty of space left for the file.

 

So it isn't just me... Well, at least I know it probably wasn't something I did then.

Anyway, I'm in the United States and my location is set to United States. So I know it isn't that...

 

Any chance at an ETA for a fix? Or a refund if we can't download our purchases?

 

The same thing that happened to NightWolfRose happened to me. Last night, 10/21/14, I purchased the 'Navigation Set A' add on but the download fails. 'Can't Download Navigation Set A' is what it tells me. I tried to then download the Free 'System Data ver.
1.30' add on and the same thing happens.

To test my system I downloaded a Video Trailer for 'Assassin's Creed 4' and that downloaded with no problems at all. This issue seems to be specific to Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.

Very frustrating. I can be patient, as long as it gets fixed. Please tell us it'll get fixed and our money was not wasted.

I should mention that I deleted the Marketplace System Data and cleared the cache on my storage device. That made no difference. I am also in the US.

 

Same thing happens with the Round Call and Nrration DLC, but Navigation Set B downloads just fine.

 

The additional BGM downloads just fine too. Don't know about Round Call and Narration DLC since I never downloaded them, but Navigation Set B downloaded completely for me as well.

 

Yeah, I just wish they'd update us on whether or not they's working on it. :/ That's the most frustrating part, IMHO.

 

Hey there, NightWolfRose! I'm sorry to see that you've been unable to download some P4AU DLC as well! As I posted above, I've passed this information along to the proper teams. Additionally, I updated the teams with the System Update, Narration & Round Call
Unblock, and Additional Character 1: Tohru Adachi DLCs also exhibiting the same results. Once I have more information, I will post up in here for you guys! We appreciate your patience while we get this sorted out.
