can't download account on xbox one

I have just brought an xbox one but I can't download my account on to it, because when I signed up for a new account after being banned (for no reason) I entered the email address in wrong. I put it as @gmal instead of @gmail. Don't know how I was even able
to create an account without a real email address in the 1st place. That's mocrosofts fault for letting me do it. So now I can't receive verification email as the email address doesn't exist, and it hasn't been 30 days since I created it so can't change email
associated with account. Is there anyway to get the verification email sent to my alternative email address?

I can't download dead space to my xbox one either. Not on the console or on the website and I have a card registered to my account. It just says can't download at this time

Whenever I try to play halo wars on the Xbox one, it says that I need to download my account again. However, I didn't use an account that was on my old Xbox to play halo wars, so I can't download the account. What should i do?
