Can't Download a game

Bought assassin's creed IV today and mid way through the download it pops up saying can't download. i've seen it said in forums to delete partial download and clear hard drives cache. i've tried that and had no luck, it did the same thing.

Also, after deleting the content and before clearing the system cache, you might want to clear the marketplace cache under System Items (marketplace data and rights database).

Try simplifying the setup if possible and wire into the modem (not really applicable if using a wireless modem/gateway).

Can't Download game?!

I bought Soul Caliber 4 off the marketplace and i've been letting it download for about an hour or so.. 4.28GB is a fair ammount but it should've budged atleast abit to maybe 2% already. The download cancelled itself once or something like that once already
(I left it downloading, turned off my TV and went to get something to eat then came back and it wasnt on the active downloads) I restart the download and 20 minutes later it says "Can't Download Soul Caliber 4" WHY CANT IT DOWNLOAD?!

Sorry to hear about the download issues and hopefully we'll be able to get you back into Assassin's creed and having fun!

Just to clarify, have you deleted the partial downloads? As well as the main download and tried to re-install it again? This could lead to issues if you haven't done so already.

And if you're still looking at some issues with your download, I suggest checking out your firewall ports to see if there is any problem in you accessing the content from Assassin's Creed, I'll provide you with the steps below.

Find your networking hardware, router or modem under 'Support Topics' on the Networking Hardware Information page.

After you've found your specific networking hardware, there should be a support post or topic inside to help you utilize and use that device.

Then after you've found out how to access the settings of your device, make sure the ports look like this:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Hey Michael, although you're missing most of your sentence I'll see if I can help:

First of all, make sure there is enough space on your hard drive to download the game in question and that your internet is running and connected to your xbox.

Secondly, make sure you have the games purchased or accessible. A good way to check is to look into your account billing history.

Thirdly, if the others are not the issue, try power cycling your xbox by holding the power button down until it turns off.

Fourth, if that doesn't help anything either you can try removing your account and redownloading it.

Fifth if none of these options help, you could try calling Xbox support and getting a professional opinion.

That game is not available for the console. It would be downloadable either on a phone or PC.

I'm a little confused. I know you said your account was "hacked" but is it the same account you're using now and the same account that purchased the games? If it's the same account then you can redownload it from your download history -
