    Can't download a game on the Xbox App on PC


    I don't have any restriction enabled on my account yet, when i try to download this particular game (Medieval Dynasty) the app pops this warning up and doesn't let me download it:

    I'm 21 years old without restrictions on my account, what the heck is going on here microsoft?

    Game Pass Ultimate on multiple user accounts same PC

    There is no solution it's exactly as you been told

    Gamepass cannot be shared on pc period HOWEVER JESSIE iS incorrect in a way

    Yes it can't be shared however to download the game he must sign into the profile with gamepass and then download the game when done he MUST sign into his account on the xbox app not the PC

    SO DONOT sign out of the pc just the xbox app

    Then sign in as himself on the zbox app

    You can try to download in web browser on your PC/Smartphone, or using xbox app, there's some problems when you can't download 360 games on your Xbox One

    Okay after doing a 'routine' windows update and restarting the download seems to be continuing now. its at 2 Gb rn, fingers cross it'll make its way to the end. Will update here if all goes well.

    I have the exact same Problem on Win 10. Also did everything suggested in 10 similar cases. Its a new problem, which many struggling with.

    Also if I try to cancel download it does not allow me too. Cancelling it closes the download temporarily but then it instantly resumes.
