Can't download a dlc but was still charged for it.

Hi, I just bought the Beast Customization Equipment for Soul Calibur V, but it refuses to download and instead is trying to make me pay for it again as if I never bought it. However, when I check the billing on my Microsoft Account page, it says the transaction
was completed and I was charged $2.25 for it. I need help either cancelling the charge or downloading the dlc. Thanks for any help.

Charged but no download.

Hi i have tried to download a DLC for Star Wars The Force Unleashed but it keeps failing. I've had two email saying I've been billed for the DLC but it does not appear in my download history and doesn't register that I've bought it. In total I've been charged
£6.00 but no DLC.

Multiple Charges

I just tried to download the Fallout 4:Automatron DLC and an "Unknown Error" Message popped up and so I tried to download it again, then I get e-mails saying that I was charged four times but, the game still didn't download. I did a hard reset and the game
started downloading in my queue, but am I going to be charged four times for this error? I took my credit card off the Xboc to stop it from further charging me.

Update: I re-bought the dlc, because I don't actually know how long a response here will take. I now have 2 charges for the same dlc. I would prefer if one of the two charges were cancelled or I am given credit for the erroneous charge.

I really think the marketplace portion of this website needs an overhaul, it crashed on me a few times while I was purchasing dlc and Firefox claimed this website doesn't supply identity information, which actually stopped me from being able to buy some
things. I believe these two reasons are why I got charged without receiving content.

Try redownloading it from your download history -
support.xbox.com/.../redownload-content

If it is at all like L.A Noire's season pass, then after downloading the season pass you will need to download the dlc through the game for it to be free. The Xbox Marketplace will in all likelyhood still charge you MS points for each DLC otherwise.

I can't access the DLC with an alternate tag, but yes, all the DLC was originally downloaded to this console. The tag that i downloaded it with is still on this console. Again, the DLC appears on my alternate accnt, but i can't upload it. It's downloaded,
but not accessible. The DLC is also not redownloadable on marketplace with an alternate accnt, even though it is already downloaded on the console. Help?

Hi I'm having the same problem here and I tried downloading The crackdown characters dlc and and it's downloading right now, but I still can't download the game just the dlc's, so what the dlc is no region locked?
